Suggested assay protocol:

- Reconstitute the vial with 10 mL of Buffer of your choice : Triton® X-100 EIA Buffer, standard EIA Buffer WARNING : use UltraPure water free of any organic contaminant. - Rinse the plate three times - Distribute the Streptavidin-AChE Tracer, the volume distributed is equal to the volume of your first reaction step - Example: If the volume of your first reaction is 100 µL, distribute 100 µL of this Tracer - Incubate 1h30 at room temperature under agitation at 300 rpm on an orbital shaker - Rinse the plate three times - Distribute 200 µL of Ellman’s reagent - Incubate the plate at room temperature under agitation at 300 rpm on an orbital shaker - Measure absorbance at 405 nm or at 414 nm each 30 minutes until the desired absorbance
